A Retailer interested in becoming an official Host in the SEVEN program will need to – complete a Host Registration Form. It is necessary that interested Retailers have a “brick and mortar” hobby store and that the personal information used to complete the registration form must be that of a store manager or owner. Please fax your completed form – along with a photocopy of a utility bill/current business license - to Score Entertainment at or email directly to the Hobby Promotions Manager at Tournaments.

Once the registration form has been reviewed and verified, a unique SEVEN ID will be issued to that Retailer. Approval will enable Retailers to become part of the extensive product support network Score Entertainment has to offer including Tournaments, Tours, Pre-Release events, Demonstrations and much more.

SEVEN Judge Requirements
To become a Judge in the SEVEN program, you must have extensive knowledge about the game that you are applying for. This includes the most current rulebook, CRD and all SEVEN documents. Once you are approved as a Judge, your SEVEN ID will be upgraded to give you access when running tournaments, signing onto any of Score Entertainment’s websites or registering events through the SEVEN program.

A player interested in becoming a Judge in the SEVEN program will need to start by completing a Judge application. It is a requirement that you be at least 16 years old and present a proof of age in the form of a valid Driver’s License or other picture ID. Upon receipt of your application, a test will be administered to ensure your knowledge of the game. The completed test should be sent back to the Community Coordinator. Once approved, the SEVEN ID will be instantly upgraded and allow the user access to specific Judge Forums and accessibility to apply for events at a Host’s location.
