Becoming a Host (Registered Retail Store)

To take full advantage of the SEVEN program and become a Host, your first step is registration. Once you have been approved as a SEVEN Host you will be given a unique identification number to use for all SEVEN Events and online features for your store.

A Retailer interested in becoming an official Host in the SEVEN program will need to complete the online Host Registration Form. It is necessary that interested Retailers have a "brick and mortar" Store Front and that the personal information used to complete the registration must be that of a store manager or owner. Once completed you will need to send a photocopy of a utility bill/current business license (to verify storefront location) - to Score Entertainment at 817-983-0498 or email it directly to the Community Manager at Tournaments@ScoreEnt.com.

Once the registration has been reviewed and verified by Score Entertainment and your address verification has been received, a unique SEVEN ID and password will be issued to the retailer. The retailer will then use those items to log into their new SEVEN Host account on www.ScoreEnt.com and register to hold monthly events, At-Launch events or even Pre-release events in their store.

SEVEN Judge Requirements

A player interested in becoming a Judge in the SEVEN program will need to start by completing a Judge application. It is a requirement that you be at least 16 years old and present a proof of age in the form of a valid Driver’s License or other picture ID.
