A: Trading Card Games combine the fun and skill of a card game with trading cards. Unlike a standard 52-card deck, each collector builds a deck from specialized cards creating strategic advantage in games or tournaments. Q: How do I submit an idea for a trading card game?

Q: What is SEVEN?
A: Score Entertainment's Verified Event Network or SEVEN is the network that provides support, guidance and rules to all events relative to games released by Score Entertainment. SEVEN oversees the management of these key areas of focus; Premiere Level events, Pre-Release events, Local/Store Based Tournaments, Tours, Conventions and Demonstrations.
Q: How do I find a playing community and tournaments?
A: Choose your favorite Score Entertainment trading card game brand and log onto that brand's site. For example, if Dragon Ball GT is your choice you would go to www.DragonBallGTTCG.com. Check out the store or events locator listed on the main navigation bar. There you will find a complete listing of each store that carries our products. Then contact the store nearest you to find the programs in which they participate.
Program Questions
Q: Why are the number of Pre-Release kits limited? Is there some way I can guarantee receiving my kits?
A: Due to production constraints, we are only able to offer a limited number of Pre-Release kits. These are allocated on a first come first serve basis. The most effective method to securing your spot is to return the order forms as quickly as possible.
Q: I can't download the event order form, how can I get it?
A: Send an email to tournaments with the title "Fax Order Form." Be sure to include your SEVEN ID number, as well as your fax number.
Q: What should I do with leftover League or Tournament Kit materials?
A: Leftover Tournament Kit materials should be applied to future tournaments. Remaining League Sets are a fantastic method to introduce new Players to the game, and can be used as an entry point and learning method.
Q: Can I receive tournament kits for League Nights?
A: League Kits are designed to be self-contained, and as such do not require extra material. The reward for coming to each League Night is the exclusive card that is not available through any other program. As a Host, we encourage you to contribute additional prize support.
Q: Where can I locate product release dates or additional information on the Organized Play Program?
A: New information, program updates, and support materials will be located on www.ScoreEnt.com.
Host Information Questions
Q: How do I change my password?
A:
- Log onto the website www.ScoreEnt.com using your SEVEN ID and Password
- Click on "Profile"
- Enter your updated information
- Click "save"
Q: How do I edit my store's information?
A:
- Log onto the website www.ScoreEnt.com using your SEVEN ID and Password
- Click on "Stores"
- Click on the "edit" link, located to the left side of your store name
- After updating your information, click "save"
Q: How can I get my SEVEN id number?
A: If you have misplaced your Host ID number, you may send an email to retailers from the email account that you used to register. In the subject line enter "Host SEVEN ID Request."
Q: I'm not receiving your emails, why?
A: There have been many reports of emails that did not arrive on time or at all. Many email programs are now utilizing spam blockers, which can intercept and delete emails. The most effective way to prevent this from happening is to add email addresses to your address book.

Q: I can'tthe attachments from your emails or web page; do I need any special programs?
A: Frequently, forms and information pages are encoded to a PDF format. There is a free version of the Adobe Acrobat Reader available at: http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/
Event Questions
Q: How do I register a tournament?
A:
- Log onto the website www.ScoreEnt.com using your SEVEN ID and Password
- Click on "Add New Tournament"
- Using the drop down menus select the location, time, and game type of your event. Add any comments you would like the public to see (entry fee, additional prizes, etc)
- Leave the tournament status as Approved (since it's your store, you have the final say on if it's Approved or not)
- Click "Save"
Q: Can I update the information on my events through ScoreEnt.com?
A: Yes, you may change event information until the 15th of the month prior to the event.
To update your event, go to the "edit" link located to the left of your tournament listing. On the 15th of the month prior, the "edit" link will disappear. Any changes after the 15th should then be emailed to tournaments Please be sure to include your SEVEN ID in the email.
Q: How do I post results for my events?
A:
- Log onto the website www.ScoreEnt.com using your SEVEN ID and Password
- From the "Tournaments" page, click on the "Post Results" link for the appropriate tournament
- Enter the information required (if you are not a Judge, enter your Host SEVEN ID number)
- Enter the SEVEN ID for each Player that attended
(4a) If you have information for a new Player, you will be prompted to enter it
- Enter results for each round with the information from your event
- Review and complete the process by clicking "finish"
Q: What happens if an event has less than 8 Players?
A: You must still enter the results from the event. As it is not considered a SEVEN Approved event, the ratings for each Player will not be affected. You should keep most (if not all) of the tournament support materials, and use it for the next event. Please note that we will not send out tournament support for events or venues that continually draw less than 8 Players.
Q: How many events can I run at my store?
A: Each Host may run one SEVEN Approved event per game, per week. Please note that DBGT Focused and Expanded formats are considered variations of one game. As such, you may only Host one DBGT event per week either Focused or Expanded.
Q: Why do I have to register tournaments by the 15th of the month?
A: As you may imagine, there are a number of Hosts that wish to run events each month. The time and resources required to administer tournament kits dictates that we have all the information by the 15th of the month prior.
Q: Can I register late for events?
A: No. Late event registrations will not be accepted, as the tournament kits must be administered by our deadlines.
Q: My tournament kit is missing parts... what should I do?
A: Send an email titled "Missing Tournament Kit Components" to Tournaments. Include your SEVEN ID number, what date you received the tournament kit, as well as a list of the missing components. The missing parts will be mailed as soon as possible.
